MSA is a participating provider with many managed care insurance plans.  Please feel free to discuss with us any questions about fees or insurance coverage.  We do not want financial difficulties to interfere with your care.  Our knowledgeable, experienced billing specialist will be happy to review these matters with you, and if need be, provide you with all possible payment alternatives.  If we are not an in-network provider with your insurance plan, we will gladly work with your out-of-network benefits.

Our staff will also take care of all of your necessary pre-certifications required by your insurance company.

Please bring all insurance cards and necessary documentation to the office at the time of your visit so that we may facilitate your care as quickly as possible.
